1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Clearance or sale items
- Undergarments, swimwear, socks (for hygiene reasons unless faulty)
- Personalised items
2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Refunds will be:
- Approved if the item is in acceptable condition
- Refunded to your original method of payment
Refund processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
- Please contact us within 14 days
- The item must meet the return conditions mentioned above
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
- A photo or video of the item
- The packaging for verification
We will replace the item or offer a full refund.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
